When his clients approached him to help them with a move from a 7,000-square-foot home to an 2,000-square-foot condominium in Denver’s Four Seasons residences, David and his team took the opportunity to create a space that felt likethe perfect balance of edginess and intimacy. Incorporating a mix of clean-lined and sculptural elements within a neutral yet high-impact palette, they designed interiors that feel relaxing and zen—inspired by their clients’ favorite resort getaways.
