Situated in a small town in Georgia, this 1937 home was originally designed by noted Georgia architect Henry Toombs. To have that kind of a legacy can be daunting, so throughout the renovation process, David and the team studied Toombs’ work and carefully ensured that any changes made were done so in the spirit of the original design—while updating the home for functionality and modern living.
